1.Before water pump start: check whether the wires U1/V1/W1，U2/V2/W2 in the main control box connect well
and firmly(match according to the same colour). Check whether the pump inlet pipe, return pipe, filter screen,
pneumatic valve and reversing valve are connected well.
2. Manual Start-up Pump Testing: when the water pump starts, make sure whether the pump motor starts normally(it
should cut off the power of the equipment at once if motor stalling, and find out reasons). After start normally,
observe whether the rotation direction of the pump is the same as it labeled.(if not, you should exchange two of the
phase sequences from the inlet wire of the main power source).
3.Pump function debugging: when discharge air, must dismantle the sprinkler heads of the chassis or rotate arms(in
order to avoid related components damage because of the water pipe vibration during discharging air); And check
whether the chassis is consistent with washing function(if not, exchange the outlet tracheas of the pneumatic valve).
