NUSRAMEDIA.COM, SUMBAWA — Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, Dr. H. M. Jusuf Kalla
visited Sumbawa Regency, Saturday (3/8).

His arrival was in the framework of silaturrahmi (bonding relationship) as well as laying the first stone on the
construction of one of the facilities at PMI Dea Malela, Pemangong, Lenangguar, Sumbawa Regency.

But there is something interesting in the visit of the person number two in Indonesia to Sumbawa.

Namely he is more responsive related to the development plan of the Port of Teluk Santong in the District of
Plampang.

Together with the Governor of NTB, H Zulkieflimansyah and the Regent of Sumbawa, HM Husni Djibril, the
Vice President immediately inspected the location of the port by air, helicopter.
"The Vice President is responsive. It was proven that when I met at Dea Malela, I was actually asked about the
development of the cooperation with the South Korean Consortium and I answered that the cooperation
agreement was almost final for us to immediately sign. So that's why the Vice President asked for the Santong
bay to be seen from the helicopter, "said Sumbawa Regent HM Husni Djibril told reporters.

Affirmed H. Husni-familiar the Regent of Sumbawa is called, the Port of the Gulf of Santong is not just a plan
but will be certainly realized. Because the Sumbawa Regency Government continues to strive and always fight
for this to the Central Government.

Even H. Husni himself once came to the Vice President's room while simultaneously inviting South Korean
investors who would set up a pellet factory or electricity power plant using materials from corn waste and
planting kaliandra and gamal trees.

Later this factory will also absorb Human Resources (HR) in Sumbawa.

"It's already being discussed at the Ministerial level. Just waiting for the signature of cooperation between the
Sumbawa Regional Government and the South Korean Consortium, "said the Regent. (NM3)
