7:15p.m.: The meeting started with a prayer led by SK Kagawad, Frances Alyanna Jaucian.

First Agenda: Appointing of Secretary

a. SK Chairman, Alyssa Marie Capuso opened the topic about the Appointment of SK
Secretary and asked each council for suggestion or target person as SK Secretary. It
was unanimously agreed that the following list of names will be possible for the said
appointment.
1. Clarence Villaflores
2. Carlo Ediza
3. Rolando Guieb
4. Jomari Parangan
5. Ronilyn Ologenio
6. Kevin Ologenio
7. Alvin Caballero (Duday) – (care of SK Romel Gutlay)
8. Camille Pabito
b. It was also agreed that the Finalization for the appointment of SK Secretary will be on
the next SK Council Meeting on August 30, 2018 (Thursday) – 8:00 p.m. at Barangay
Hall.
Second Agenda: Evaluation of Linggo ng Kabataan Activities
a. SK Chairman, Alyssa Marie Capuso started the agenda by asking for any suggestions
on how the council will evaluate the previous events done for the “Linggo ng Kabataan”
and suggested that evaluation should be done together with the participants of the
event and provide an evaluation form for them to answer and rate for the previous
activities.
b. SK Kagawad, Arrah Elyzha Alfonso suggested that the evaluation should be done
within the organizers of the event and with a tool or matrix for evaluation.

c. Some of the members agreed to the suggestion of SK Chairman, Alyssa and some
agreed to the suggestion of SK Kagawad, Arrah. It was decided that the evaluation will
be done within the group only for the convenience of all the members of the SK Council
and also there should have an evaluation form which will be followed up and taken care
of before the next activity or event will be implemented.
d. A Narrative Report or Documentary Report for the previous event will be needed to
accomplish by the SK Council and SK Chairman, Alyssa Marie Capuso delegated the
task by assigning each member to a sub-group who will make a Narrative Report for the
previous events.
i. Cultural Show (August 18, 2018)

e. The submission of the said Narrative Report or Documentary Report will be on August
30, 2018 (Thursday) – before meeting through e-mail: alyssacapuso@gmail.com
i. Members present on the meeting agreed to the scheduled submission of
the Narrative Report and is amenable for each member.
Third Agenda: Other Concerns
a. SK Kagawad, Romel Gutlay: Concerns about Adjustment of Time for Meeting
i. It was agreed that the meeting should be push through on the agreed
time and date unless there are circumstances that will be acceptable for
the meeting to be rescheduled.
b. ATTENDANCE ON THE MONTHLY MASS – REQUIRED REGARDLESS OF
RELIGION
i. It was agreed that failure to attend the monthly mass of the Barangay will
be equivalent to deduction to any member of the SK Council.
c. SK Chairman, Alyssa Marie Capuso informed the SK Council about the topics discussed
on the last meeting of the Barangay Council.
d. Next Event: NOVEMBER – TRICK OR TREAT
e. Opened topic about the “EXCUSED” for any absence in meeting. An absence of any
member will only be marked as “EXCUSED” if the reason will be any of the following:
i. Family Problem iii. School Matters
ii. Health Concerns iv. Work Matters
