Statement of the Problem

The study aims to determine the factors that affect the National Achievement Test – Mathematics
Result among Grade 7 students of Las Nieves II, Division of Agusan del Norte for the school year 2018 –
2019.
Specifically, it aims to answer the following questions:
1. What is the level of factors affecting the National Achievement Test – Mathematics Result in terms
of:
1.1. Students’ Attitude Towards Mathematics;
1.2. Students’ Study Techniques;
1.3. Teacher’s Personal & Professional Characteristics?
2. What is the level of National Achievement Test – Mathematics Result among Grade 7 students of Las
Nieves II?
3. What factors significantly affect the National Achievement Test – Mathematics Result among Grade
7 Students of Las Nieves II?
4. Based on the findings of the study, what intervention program can be made to improve the level of
National Achievement Test – Mathematics Result?

Statement of the Problem

The study aims to determine the factors that affect the motivation in teaching among private
elementary school teachers of Cabadbaran City Division.
Specifically, it aims to answer the following questions:
1. What is the level of factors affecting the Teachers’ Motivation in terms of:
1.1. Choice of Teacher for their Profession;
1.2. Socio – Economic Status;
1.3. Relation of Teachers with their colleagues?
2. What is the level of Teachers Motivation Status of Private Elementary School Teachers of Cabadbaran
City Division?
3. What factors significantly affect the teachers’ motivation among private elementary school teachers?

4. Based on the findings of the study, what intervention program can be made to improve the level of
motivation among the private elementary school teachers of Cabadbaran city division?
