Dear Ma’am/ Sir:

Good day!

I Angel Farofil, the current President of the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants
(JPIA) of Holy Trinity College of General Santos City, formally request from your good office
to give us some extension on the deadline of the payment for the membership fee of the
organization.

We promised to pay the membership fee not later than the end of this month (July 2019) as we
are having problem in collecting those fees as the members of our local chapter has many
financial obligations in this semester. Next week, July 24, 2019 is the schedules of our exams
thus making the students fail to pay the said membership fee on time.

We are hoping for a positive response as to this matter. Rest assured that the organization will
conform to all necessary financial obligations.
