The purpose of the study is to understand the level of customer satisfaction, thereby
understanding the customer base, their perception and their contentment with the service
provided by Domino’s Pizza . On the basis of this problem statement, the following
specific objectives have been crystallized.
SOURCES OF DATA
The data required for the analysis will be collected as follows
( I) Primary Data:
In order to collect data a structured questionnaire is prepared. In the questionnaire,
questions are presented with exactly same wordings and exactly in the same order to all
respondents in order to elicit the right responses.
( ii) Secondary Data:-
Secondary data is collected from the website,company data and interviewing
with employees
LIMITATIONS OF STUDY
Time limit was the major constraint. Since the approached respondents were at
Senior Manager level, it was quite difficult to get response from them. The result and
analysis are based on the customer survey method and small sample size has taken
DATA ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION:-
Once the data is collected, the next step is to analyze and interpret the data of
marketing strategy with a view to receive meaningful information. The researcher
will analyze and interpret the data through tabulation of data collected.
