ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
Huyonhuyon High School with the help of language teachers combined their forces to
make this program well-implemented considering learners’ reading ability.
We already started implementing this program to Grades 7, those who undergone Phil-
IRI screening test, where it can tell teachers whether students are reading at, above, or below
their grade levels. The individually administered Phil-IRI Graded Passages can be used to assess
students’ Oral Reading, Silent Reading Comprehension and/or Listening Comprehension levels
for them to identify in which level they are belong. Attached here is the list of the students under
this program.
At first it is not that easy to handle those students but because of our students’ eagerness
to learn and teachers’ passion and desire, this third quarter I can say that there are students who
are improving (they can read words little by little, they can read words without teacher’s help
and still keep on improving on their own phase but there are also students who are still very slow
in reading but we keep on working and helping them.
There are passages that enhance their comprehension level, where based from my
observation and there scores are indeed a better one. This is a manifestation that learners are kept
on improving.
The result of this program is very helpful for the students and teachers to know their
progress, development and changes.
It is a fulfilling duty to see school children where their improvement is considered as the
fruit of all your labors and of course with the help and support of Language teachers, the school
principal and respected parents.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
on TECHNOLYMPICS
(Tarpaulin Making Contest)
To enhance students’ skills and talent as a mentor we need to train them to develop and
practice what they already have. There are different school activities that the Department of
Education continuously support and provide opportunity for the school children to be on their
best. One of which is the 4th Congressional Skills Technolympics held last October 9, 2018 at
Don Servillano Memorial National High School, where the said activity is pursuant to Division
Memorandum No. 278 s. 2018.
We give time and combine our efforts to train those students whom we considered
‘potentials’ and showing innate skills in terms of tarpaulin making, logo making web
development and other events offer during the said activity.
It is not easy to compete with other participants since it is given that they are also well-
trained by their coaches. There are ample entries during the said events, but we still managed to
be on top, Mr. Larry Angelo N. Tivera, a grade 11(Senior High School student), got the 4th place
in Tarpaulin Making Contest.
It is indeed a good start and continues what he learned from the contest, it is also a big
help when school needed to make tarpaulins, where I assure that this will really give him a big
opportunity as the time comes.
