PACKING YOUR
LUNCH
1) Put several healthy food into your
lunchbox

2) For example : Sandwiches with plenty


of vegetables on whole wheat bread

3) Pack 1@2 pieces of fruits – Apple

KEEP NUTRITIOUS
SNACKS ON HAND
1) Grab a couple of healty snack
each morning
2) Starch a few snacks on bag, purse
or car
3) Water – Most recommend drink

energy we need to get
through our day
• Try a whole grain cereal, low
fat milk and fruit or
smoothie made from low fat
yogurt and fruit.
• If you does not want to eat
in the morning at home, you
can eat it on the way to
school or work

• Make sure we get all the nutrients we


need for our body
• For example, on Monday eat more
green and for Tuesday less sugary food
• Avoid and stop eating processed foods
