• To boost your mental health , focus on eating plenty
of fruits and vegetables along with foods that rich in
omega3 fatty acids , such as almonds . Dark green
leafy vegetables in particular are brain ptotective

• Avoid fats- often found in process or package foods-


as they can be bad for health. Include more whole
grains , fruits and vegetables in your diet. They
contain the vitamins and minerals on your brain and
body need to stay well .

• From vitamins and minerals to healthy fats and fiber,
all nutrients must play a role in brain health and
function. Following a healthy pattern of eating is
linked with better stress management , improve sleep
quality , increase concentration , and better mental
well being in general.

TIPS FOR HEALTHY EATING
• Listen to your body – Eat when you’re hungry and stop when you feel satisfied.
• Eat at regular times
• Eat a variety of vegetables and fruits every meal
• Eat fish twice a week
• Eat slowly and mindfully- because it takes 20 minutes for your brain to send out
signals that you are full.
• Balance your lunch that contains equal parts of leaf protein , healthy
carbohydrates , and vegetables
• Avoid eating candy’s and drinking coke’s and etc.
• Drink 8 cups of water everyday
