Respected Sir,

Apropos to our conversation, I hereby request you to kindly provide for

travel and accommodation for the four resource persons of UNDP and
NBA, arriving at the Biodiversity conference (between 08th – 09th
February, 2019). You are requested to provide the accommodation from
07th February, 2019 onwards, till 09th February, 2019.

The details of the resource persons are following:

1. PROF. SAIRAM BHAT (PROFESSOR OF LAW, NLSIU)

(Arriving on the evening of 07th February, 2019 at 05:00 p.m. and
departing on 08th February, 2019 at 08:00 p.m.)
2. ONE (FEMALE) TEAM MEMBER OF PROF. SAI RAM
(Arriving on the evening of 07th February, 2019 at 05:00 p.m. and
departing on 08th February, 2019 at 08:00 p.m.)
3. UNDP OBSERVER (Arriving on the evening of 07th February,
2019 at 05:00 p.m. and departing on 09th February, 2019 at 08:00
p.m.)
4. NBA OBSERVER (Arriving on the evening of 07th February, 2019
at 05:00 p.m. and departing on 09th February, 2019 at 08:00 p.m.)

We therefore, request you to sanction and provide us the guest house or

three guest rooms in the Administrative Block (whichever is feasible) on
the dates stated above.

We further request you to provide for two four-wheelers to be used for

commutation of the aforementioned guests from airport to their
accommodation and from accommodation to the University (if so is the
case).
