Construction Procedure

Materials:
Plywood (3/4" thick)
Putty
Finishing Nail 2”
Paint Brush
Varnish
Wood Glue

1. Sketch out the Cabinet. Sketch the design, dimensions for the cabinet.
2. Measure the available wall space. Remove all the obstructions from the desired space.
3. Buy the materials needed for the wall cabinet. After buying prepare the materials needed:
4. Cut the lumber. Carefully measure and make sure to keep the cuts straight and even for a good
final fit.
5. Assemble the cabinet. Use the wood glue and nails to carefully assemble the "box" part of the
cabinet. Once the outer shell is already done, glue the plywood shelves in position inside the
frame, securing with nails.
6. Install the shelf dividers. Use hammer and nails to attach the vertical shelf dividers.
7. Sand and Finish. sand the cabinet and fill the nail holes with putty and apply the varnish.
8. Install the cabinet. Once the glue dried up, install the cabinet on the all. Locate the marked
position of the wall studs, then measure and mark corresponding points inside the cabinet. Have
some lift the cabinet into place and check for leveling. Attach the wall studs with screw.
