very generous programs that are designed
to offer significant payment relief as well as
the possibility of loan forgiveness. I have
just a couple of questions to make sure you
qualify before we can pull up your loans.

1. Do you have more than $10,000 in

FEDERAL student loan debt? MUST BE YES
-(If they don't know - do you believe it's
over $10,000?)

2. Are you currently enrolled in school?

good. What I am going to do now is transfer
you to the loan assistance department so
that they can pull up your loans and go
through the different programs you qualify
for that will significantly lower your
monthly payments and student loan
balance. Please hold while I transfer you to
a loan advisor to assist you further."
