JUSTIFICATION

To whom it may concern,

I am writing this letter to inform you about my excuse on my absences on July 8 – 22, 2019.
On July 6, 2019, my grandfather Salvador B. Aquino was brought to the hospital because of a sudden
weakness. Since my father Noel S. Aquino was their only child and only me and my youngest sister
was around with my grandfather and my 94 yrs. old grandmother at home, only the three of us are
the one who take charge in taking care of my grandfather in the hospital and my grandmother at
home. Until my grandfather had no longer recovered because his vital signs had totally deteriorated
due to brain hemorrhage, so he also passed away on July 10, 2019.
