Sir,

This is to inform you that I am hereby resigning from my position as School ICT Coordinator
effective before the start of this coming School Year due to my health issues which has been
worsen because of spending long hours staring at a screen while doing other matters as well.

I believe that I already gave my best to perform my duties for the last 3 years as ICT coordinator
in our school.

I feel that it is best for me and I can’t guarantee to perform well my responsibility as ICT
coordinator because of my health issues. As of now, I want to focus on improving my health
especially now that I have already a baby.
