ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT

A. ACTIVITY: MSHS REVIEW, INSTITUTIONAL AND TECHNICAL DRAFTING


ASSESSMENT NCII FOR GRADE12 ICT STUDENTS

B. OBJECTIVE/S:
The main purposes of this project are as follows:

1. Provide avenue to master the Core Units of Competency provided by the TESDA Training
Regulation for Technical Drafting NCII and correspond to the Curriculum Guide provided by
Department of Education for the course of Technical Drafting.
2. Conduct an Institutional Assessment for the evaluation of learners and conduct a series of
hands-on using the software of AutoCAD in the preparation of taking Technical Drafting NCII;
and

3. Pass and acquire Technical Drafting NCII.

G. EVALUATION RATING:
MSHS Review, Institutional and Technical Drafting Assessment NCII for Grade 12 ICT students
was generally successful, with the following activities:
1. Conduct Orientation on TESDA Technical Drafting NCII
(Qualifications, Competency & Training Standards and Assessment, Competency Based
Curriculum (CBC)) for students and parents.
2. Conduct Qualifying Exam to Grade 12 ICT Students
3. List of Qualified Students to take the TESDA Technical Drafting NCII
4. Review of DRAFTING STRUCTURAL LAYOUT AND DETAILS USING CAD (LC)
5. INSTITUTIONAL ASSESSMENT
6. TESDA Technical Drafting NCII

H. NARRATIVE REPORT:
The Technical Drafting NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to
enable him / her to draft architectural layout and detail (structural, electrical/electronic, sanitary/plumbing,
and mechanical) drawings using both CAD system and manual drafting methods. In line with this the
proponents proposed a project entitled, “MSHS Review, Institutional and TESDA Assessment for Grade 12
Technical Drafting NCII”. The proposed activity aims to engage students who show enthusiasm in
Information Technology to show case their skills and to extend their learning in ICT.

The proponent conducted a series of activities to ensure the learners to trained in needed competencies
implemented by TESDA such as conduct an orientation for student and parents, conducted qualifying exam
for competent learners and based on the it thirteen (13) students were qualified, conducted series of review
based on the Curriculum Guide given by DepEd and TESDA Training Standards. The proponent conducted
an Institutional Assessment to checked if the students were ready in taking the National Assessment. The
