 Working as Junior Geologist Grade CD-05 from 24 April 2016 to 31 December 2017 in
ASSOCIATED CONSULTING ENGINEERS – ACE (PVT) LTD at Neelum Jhelum Hydroelectric
Power Project (Camp 2,Majhoi)
 Worked as Geologist with CGGC (China Gezhouba Group of Companies), from 3rd September to
23rd April 2016.
 Worked as an Internee Geologist with NJHPC (Neelum Jhelum hydropower company) at lot
C2, from 03-08-2015 to 02-09-2015.(Course work)

 EXPERIECNCE DETAILS
 Supervision of core probing to asses geological and ground water conditions ahead of tunnel
face, preparation of core logs and selection of samples for testing.
 Supervision of percussion probing at tunnel face to investigate the water conditions ahead
of face and on the basis of probing results decide to initiate grouting or continue excavation
without grouting.
 Supervision of pre-excavation grouting, post excavation grouting for safe construction of
tunnel.
 Preparation of grout holes layout and management of grouting records for reporting purpose.
 Continuous monitoring of grouting parameters for continuation or termination of grouting.
 Geological mapping of tunnel, support assessment and discontinuity data analysis.
 Supervision of hydrojacking tests for determination of insitu stresses for selection of
appropriate type of permanent lining for tunnel.
 Hydro geological investigation and water mapping of tunnels.
 Contact grouting of tunnel lining to minimize the effect of hydrostatic pressure of water on
lining during water inrush at the time of tunnel dewatering for maintenance operations.
 Consolidation grouting of surrounding strata in poor ground conditions.
 Supervision of MFC (micro fine cement) grouting at plugs.
 Supervision of polyurethane grouting at plugs to stop the water leakages permanently.
 Post water up leakage monitoring at plugs and adjoining Adits. Piezometeric instrumentation
at shallow crossing under Jhelum River for leakage pressure measurement.
 Supervision of post water up drilling and grouting operations in leaking adits.Supervision of
cement and chemical grouting for leakage treatment.
 Drilling and grouting data management and transmittal to concerned officials.
