Art for Your Spirit

Aromatherapy is relatively new as a healing regimen. Current

research continues to validate the efficacy of essential oils
and the popularity is growing quickly.

Traditional aromatherapy is
taught as science. Lectures on
key chemical compositions,
effects on the many bodily
systems, and detailed analyses
of the dosages and side effects of
treatment make up the main part of the curriculum. For those
that seek to treat ailments of the body this is all necessary.

Crystal Aromatherapy on the other hand is art. it is art for your

spirit and this course is an art course.

Crystal Aromatherapy takes a different tack from clinical

aromatherapy. Where aromatherapy is focused on the
physical healing effects of the essential oils of plants, crystal
aromatherapy focuses on the mental and spiritual effects of
those oils.

In crystal aromatherapy, combinations

of crystalline energies are integrated
and combined harmoniously with the
aromatic spiritual healing energies of
essential oils.
It is like painting with energy and aroma. The process is a
personal one of feelings, emotions, effects, and discovery.

The output this course is a

personal handbook which will
serve you well in guiding your
never-ending journey of discovery
of the wonders of the crystals and
plant kingdoms and their effects
on the many aspects of your spirit.

There are no exams, for what you

will find is what works for your
spirit. You will gain understanding and wisdom, but how you
apply it depends on your goals and your life.

Like any art course you will need supplies.
This course uses 21 Essential Oils and 21
Crystal Essences. You will need 2 ml of
each of these except Sandalwood of which
1 ml is all that is needed (it is frightfully
expensive, but as we use it only a single
drop at time, it is very economical).

The essential oils can be obtained from many sources. We

suggest you restrict yourself to those suppliers that provide
testing proof of purity such as Rocky Mountain Oils and
Kokokahn. Do not use fragrance oils, you will not be happy
with the results in this course.

The crystal essences can be purchased online (we have them

at Crystal Vaults) or you can make them yourself. The
Certified Crystal Alchemist Course has all the instructions
you need. That course is in the Crystal Inner Circle and
available to you any time.
You will quickly discover that wildcrafted, pure, organic tested
and certified essential oils are not cheap. If you already have a
good supply, no problem. But if not, even buy the 21 10 ml
bottles of these oils could be $600 -$700. Way too much for
the course.

And the essences are about $13 each adding another $200 or
more. We don’t want you to have that expense.

An alternative choice is to purchase the

special student sets of these oils and
essences here in the Secret Garden at
Zephyrs. The sets have smaller sizes of
the oils (2 ml) and essences (5 ml) -
sufficient for the course work, but
economical as sets. They are prices
wholesale for you there. Instant of $900
to get a set of retail bottles you can save 90% and purchase
both sets - 21 essential oils and 21 crystal essences for under
$100.

While that is still a bit of money, you will have a selection that
will be more than adequate for both the course work and
several months’ worth of aromatherapy treatments. The oils
and essences in the sets are not priced individually or meant
for resale. We make them to order for our students in this
class.
~ CourSe outline ~
This course has four sections. The first section takes three
weeks and provides the basic information and theory upon
which crystal aromatherapy is based.

The second section is a four-

week section in which each
of the 21 essential oils is
explored on a personal
journey. You will spend one
day with each of the oils. By
focusing on them one at time
for a full day, you will learn
how they affect you and your
spirit and you will discover
how their energy affects you.

You will be completing a short paragraph each evening that

capture the effect and experiences you have with that
essential oil. The results will be an invaluable guide used in
the third part of the course.
The third part of the course is a series
of blending exercises. We teach you
how to use the four attributes of each
oil - its hidden soul, its element, its
historic uses, and its effects on you
personally to create blends with
crystal essences.

Each of these exercises helps build

your understanding of how using the four elements of a
particular oil allows for creating a canvas of blended energies
for every conceivable need.

The last section of the course teaches several ways to use

your new blends in diffusers, lotions, and other applications.

Safe use of the oils is an important part of this lesson and

clear safety guidelines are provide. You will learn, for
example, what dilutions are appropriate for different uses.

Each of the sections results in a

number of pages being made for
your handbook. At the end of the
course, your Crystal
Aromatherapist Notebook (or
Handbook, the name is up to you)
will be complete and you will find
not only do you really understand Crystal Aromatherapy but
you may well find you are a budding aromatherapy artist.

Certification as a Certified Crystal

Aromatherapist is optional and free. You
can apply for your certificate once your
notebook is complete. You will be asked
to send a simple photo of a couple of
selected pages and your Certificate will
be provided by return email. No exam.

~ the notebook ~
For this Lesson, it is time to begin your personal
Aromatherapy Notebook.

You need a 1.5 inch 3-ring view binder (or

something similar) as the notebook as you will
be adding pages.

You will want to make a cover for it so you can easily find it and
know that it is your Aromatherapy Notebook. If you are not an
artist, and do not know one, let us know and we will be happy
to make a front page for you. An email to
support@crystalinnercircle.com will get you help.

Slide your art work inside the front clear section of the binder.
Ok, you have your Notebook started.
