Job Description:
A. Designing the harness with the Terminal Drawing /schematic Diagram of Vehicle
B. Releasing and maintaining all product documents (BOM, PFC) to
document control in order to enable structured and easy access.
C. Conducting APQP(Advanced Product Quality Planning) meetings for upcoming new
projects & making reports for the same
D. Prepare the initial sample assurance report for Customers for the
every EO (Engineering Order Change) and ECN (Engineering Change
Note) Changes.
E. Weekly meeting conduct with customer for EO implementation.
F. Proposal will give to customer end for cost saving purpose.
G. Reduced the defect by using month wise analysis report in line and
customer end.
H. Conduct daily meeting with worker to make awareness of defects and
its effect.

K. Implementing NEW process & facilities to existing process

M. VA-VE(Value-Added Value Engineering) submission/preparation for running SOP

N. Initial to Final stage locking of harness designs by interacting with the customers

designing layouts
P. Plan and support for Sample making and achieving the target within the scheduled
time

Implementations).
