    Site Accidents and Incidents. Chaos!

    My journey in the HSE I have faced a state of total confusion with no order in the
    event of incidents. So many questions! - Baseless conclusions, unwanted stand
    downs leading to another incidents within a few times. Client’s interference,
    Hasty actions are done in a hurry, sometimes without the necessary care or
    thought. People those who are the leaders they are making situation panic, very
    pressure oriented situation for few hours or even for days. After few days all are
    forgetting the issues only the HSE party is worried about close-outs. One my site
    there was an incident occurred my client was very hurry and panic. They were
    asked so many questions I answered and commented in smiley mode then one of
    client reprehensive asked me first time I am seeing HSE is presenting things in a
    pleasant mode. I told them we failed to prevent or control it. No chaos –
    investigate, stabilize and settle the issue.
