We used to record the data in on EL and send it to our leader on a daily basis
Based on the priority I set a goal and finish the task accordingly.

How do you juggle competing assignments?

I was supporting multiple leaders and feel conflicted as to what takes precedence, I used to get the suggestion from my
seniors based on that I used to decide and handle the situation. Manage my work efficiently and focus and finish all the
important and urgent tasks.

Tell me about a situation where you had to deal with a difficult boss, colleague, or client.

I have maintained a professional relationship with my boss, but there was situation where taxi clint sent a wrong
contact detail of the driver when my boss was at airport at 10 PM night, he called mw at that time and explained the
situation and asked me to resolve the issue ASAP. During that time, I did not lose my control and just called transport
team and arranged a cab immediately.

Describe a situation in which discretion was needed in your role as an administrative assistant and how you handled it.
Once a new joinee was haven’t received joining kit, in that situation I explained him the problem and made him wait
until the joining kit was available.

How would you approach a situation in which you were given a task but didn’t receive complete instructions?
I will take the situation as challenge. I will pull up some information from my seniors who has already experienced in
this activity based on the suggestion I will create my own agenda and try to finish the task without any discretion. And
also, I act professionally at all times

What do you believe is the most challenging part of the administrative assistant role?
Handling multiple Calander at a time.
Problem Solving: You have been supporting an external stakeholder on a request and mistakenly you provided an
incorrect response. Now the employee is frustrated with your response and wants to escalate the same. What’s going
to be your next course of action?

First I would like to identify the stake holders concern and I will apologies about the situation and try to resolve the
issue before it leads to an escalation
