The objective is to create a local employment

market place. We used high end intelligent
technology and built a community of
volunteers who would assist youth to register
and take up local opportunities of their choice.
We also built a market place of local jobs, skill
development programs and self employment
opportunities.
THE CONCEPT
“KAARYAM” ?
Using technology and mobile based applications, help the youth make choices
based on their talent, needs and preferences. By using three sets of self
employed volunteer cadre we would register the youth, guide them in
making decisions, map employment opportunities enabling and bridging
information gap between unemployed youth & employment opportunities.
Democratise jobs opportunities by giving the control of making choices to
the youth of India.
