    To whom it may concern:

    This has reference to the request of Mr. Dominic Chris N. Mangune who took the UST Entrance Test (USTET).
    He fortunately passed for the Electrical Engineering program but he is placed on the waiting list.

    I, as an alumnus of UST Faculty of Civil Engineering, graduated in year 2010 and already a registered Civil
    Engineer working as a Vice President for Operations of E. A. Ramirez Construction, Inc., would like to request
    for your magnanimous assistance to consider Dominic to be admitted to my beloved Alma Mater,
    particularly in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering.

    I have known Dominic for a long time, being a neighbor and also a family friend. He has a good personality
    and is known for his good academic performance in High School where he is currently enrolled. I have high
    hopes that he can perform well as a student in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, like how he is now.
