I, John Alfred A. Ceniza, a 5 th year undergraduate student of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical
Engineering, would like to ask from your humble office to consider my request to open the subject
Basic Electronics (ECE15a). If the said subject will not be opened, I might be advised to transfer from
this university. If the said subject will be opened, I might have a chance to graduate on S.Y. 2020-
2021. If I will be enrolled for Basic Electronics (ECE15a), I will be able to coup up my studies to my
batch mates. Financially speaking I cannot afford to transfer from this university and this causes to
worry about my future.
My parents and I will be delighted if you consider this matter. It will ensure my dedication to fulfill
my studies and to be graduated this S.Y. 2020-2021. I am hoping for your support and kindest
consideration in this matter.
