Dear Sir, Regarding The Final MBS Result (module MBS 291) I have faced for every exam and lab sessions for my second year MBS module in the year of 2010, except for the 1st semester end examination due to an unavoidable medical reason. The medical forms as a proof were handed over to the respective department of the SLIIT Malabe campus. I believe that I have a potential in achieving above average grades in this modules as I have done considerably well in the rest of the examination that I faced in this module and equally; 1.) I was unable to sit for the exam due to an unavoidable medical reason. I have sent medical report regarding this medical reason and this was accepted. 2.) I was unable to register for the 2011 due to the registration was end by the time I tried. 3.) Now, I have successfully completed my 3rd year and still this MBS(291) module remaining as an incomplete module. Your consideration in my favor would be highly appreciated as I had to face with above mentioned unavoidable circumstances and now I have even completed my 3rd year. Hence, I request to consider my 2nd semester marks in a higher weight instead of the 1st semester end examination or assess my knowledge through an assignment which I would submit accordingly. This is to avoid facing the next exam for this module that will be held after the graduation of my batch and I am eagerly waiting to graduate by the end of the February, 2012.
