RE: A humble request for permission to take the special exam

I am a student at JKUAT pursuing a bachelor of science in mathematics and computer

science in the faculty of mathematical sciences and department of pure and applied

mathematics. My registration number is SCM 211-0196/2017.

According to the school rules, a student should attend all semester classes to be eligible to sit

the final examinations. I complied with these rules until the date of the examination. I

completed every takeaway assignment and sat for the continuous assessment tests.

However, I could not sit for my final examinations. The reason to explain this is that I was

very sick, which greatly impeded my ability to sit for the final examinations. I have enclosed

a copy of the medical evidence.

I, therefore, implore you to consider me for the upcoming special examinations.
