REQUEST FOR CORRECTION OF MY CHEM 102 TEST SCORE

Dear Sir,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you as a student of Project Management & Technology at the
Federal University of Technology, Owerri, to bring to your attention a discrepancy in my recent chemistry test score.

On September 20, 2023, my second-semester results were given to me by my course adviser. Upon reviewing the
results, I discovered that I was graded an 'F' in chemistry. Dissatisfied with the grade, I approached the head of my
department to express my concerns. He advised me to meet with the lecturers who taught us that semester. After
meeting with the lecturers, they identified an error in my CHEM102 test score.

I kindly request your assistance in reviewing my test paper and verifying the accuracy of the grading. I have attached
a copy of the chemistry department's result along with this letter for your reference. I would greatly appreciate it if
you could re-evaluate my answers and provide me with a revised score based on the correct assessment.

I understand that mistakes can happen, and I trust in the professionalism and fairness of the Chemistry Department
in addressing such matters. I assure you that I took this test seriously and put in significant effort to prepare for it.
Therefore, I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter so that the appropriate adjustments can be made to
my academic record.

I am available for any additional information or clarification you may require. You can reach me via email at
emmanuelnatachi1@gmail.com, by phone at 07046976979, or at my department (P.M.T). I look forward to a positive
resolution to this issue and I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Thank you for your time and consideration."

Yours faithfully,

Osuji Emmanuel Natachi,
