I am writing to request your kind consideration regarding a matter that has greatly affected my
academic performance. I, Ameer Hamza, Roll Number 22DPAR390, writing to request permission to
sit for the make-up mid-semester examination for Design with Climate. ( PAR303C )

Unfortunately, during the scheduled mid-semester examination, I was suffering from a severe
illness. I had been down with a high fever, loose motions, and a debilitating headache. Due to my
health condition, I was unable to appear for the examination as per the original schedule.

I understand the importance of maintaining academic discipline and adhering to the prescribed
examination schedule. However, the unforeseen illness I experienced was beyond my control and
significantly hampered my ability to perform my best in the examination.

I have attached a medical certificate from my attending physician, which confirms my illness. I kindly
request that you review my case and grant me permission to sit for the make-up mid-semester
examination.

I kindly request your understanding and support in this matter. Your consideration of my request
would greatly relieve my anxiety and allow me to focus on my studies without any further hindrance.
