Dear Leaders,
It is with great pride and honor to be part of this valued company. I have learned a lot
and I appreciate everyone who tries to contribute in improving my knowledge and skills.
However, unforeseen circumstances emerged, forcing me to leave my job as my school
institution requires us, students, to return with a full face-to-face setup causing me to have
inadequate time to rest and sleep. I have confirmed our commitment to render for 30 days
from September 1 to October 1 as part of the resignation process. Nonetheless, this affects my
health and causes me to have the clinical impression of a Cerebrovascular Disease Infarct
diagnosed on September 1 that leads me to undergo a lot of tests. After a set of tests, my
doctor advised me to stop working as I was diagnosed with having a Transient Ischemic Attack
due to inadequate time to rest and to avoid risk factors of stroke. As much as I would love to
adhere to the law of the resignation process and with our agreement, I have to consider my
health. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and I am hoping for your kind consideration.
This is to formally inform you of my irrevocable resignation with immediate effect.
Please see the attached file containing the recommendation letter from my doctor as per the
result of the tests. Furthermore, please let me know whatever needs to be done to ensure a
smooth transition, and I promise to do the necessary things, including getting clearance to
adhere to the formal process of resignation. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your
growing family.
