The AUTOMOTIVE SERVICING NC-II Class SY: 2018-2019 of this Institution have its “DUAL SYSTEM
TRAINING” .Such system is delivery of quality technical and vocational education which requires training to
be carried out alternately in two venues. In school and in the shop or on-the-job. In- School training provides
the trainee the theoretical foundation, basic skills, guidance and human formation. While In- Shop/On-The-Job
Training develop his skills and proficiency and work values.

In this regard, we are referring our students (Please see student On-The-Job Training Agreement) as trainees in
your company for 524 hours which is approximately three months.

Your commitment and expertise on the collaborative delivery of education and training will greatly contribute
to the Middle- level Manpower in our city and in the Province of Zamboanga del Norte.

ON – THE – JOB TRAINING AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

This agreement made and entered into this 22nd day of April , 2019 and between the MOTORPOOL here in
duly represented its CHIEF MECHANIC :______________________
ZANECO and here in after referred to as the company.

-AND-

BEN VILLARINO VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, INC; and educational institution with principal office and
address at National Highway, Sta. Filomena, Dipolog City, herein represented by its President DEANNA
GUTUAL vda de VILLARINO and here in after called “ BVVSI”

-AND-

The BVVSI Student-Trainees, whose names appear below of legal age, presently and qualified to undergo the
Dual Training System with the above mentioned company for the purpose of acquiring and developing
qualification.

The partners agree on the following:

1. The Company undertakes to carry-out on-the-job training in cooperation with BVVSI under the Dual
Training System for the above mentioned student-trainees of BVVSI Please see Annex” A” For the
starts and end of on-the-job training.
2. The Company and BVVSI mutually agree to the following training scheme:
2.1 The student-trainees will undergo a five (5) days per week” On-The-Job Training program in the
Company, and
2.2 One (1) day per week “In-School Program” at BVVSI.

3. The training shall follow a training plan jointly worked out by the Company and BVVSI. The training
covers the areas of Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics and the like. For the student-trainees two weeks
instruction, BVVSI shall strictly follow the training plan and provide relevant theoretical instructional
plan.
4. The company agrees to follow the training plan and provide practical and theoretical training in those
areas, which have been determined by the training plan. The context of the training plan shall be set up
by the Company and BVVSI, which lists down the different activities for the training period, durations,
schedule and distributions of the student – trainees in the different departments where training is deemed
necessary.

5. The Company agree to appoint a Training Coordinator who shall be responsible for the
assignment/designation of trainers and their alternative in their respective areas where the student
trainees will be assigned, among the functions of the training Coordinator
5.1 To implement the training plan and Coordinate with all departments designated for the training
5.2 To monitor the performance of the student-trainees, make recommendation. Concerning disciplines
and administers test to determined the proficiency of the student trainees in a specific trade or craft.
5.3 To meet with representatives of BVVSI after the completion of each of the training areas in order to
give and receive the necessary feedback and establish regular communication.
5.4 For the officially assigned Training Coordinator shall be ___________________ for the Company
and Mr. BENHEDDIN G. VILLARINO for the BVVSI.

6. The company is not obliged to pay the student-trainees compensation of any kind and shall not inter into
any kind of employer-employee relationship with the student-trainees during the training any special pay
on the part of the Company is strictly voluntary.
7. The Company shall provide the student-trainees with free training materials such as technical literature
and assign work areas and tools for the performance of the student-trainees in school.
8. The Company shall regularly informed BVSI of the on the job activities. BVVSI, in turn shall submit
regular information to the company on the performance of the student-trainees in school. The industrial
coordinator of BVVSI shall be entitled to at least a monthly visit to the training station in the company
to monitor the status of the program.
9. The Company may require the student trainee for an extension of his on-the-job training and or overtime
to make up for his absences that the student –trainees have incurred. The company must inform BVVSI
in advance regarding the date and the days the student-trainee will extend his on-the-job training.
10. The Company and the BVVSI shall oblige the student trainees to accomplish their logbook of daily
performance to monitor their progress and accomplishment. The logbook shall form part of the
requirement for graduation.
11. the Company shall assign the student-trainees only to the following schedules, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or
whatever is appropriate for the student-trainee and the company. The main rule is strictly 8 hours of
training. In no case shall the company require the student-trainee to report for training within the hours
of 6:00 in the evening up to 6:00 in the morning since the trainees have to study to maintain their
scholarship standing.
12. During the affectivity of this agreement, it is understood that the student(s) shall follow all company
rules and regulations, policies and procedures, particularly those affecting training activities duly
promulgated or to be promulgated by the company.
13. Any decision regarding behavior and performances for the student-trainee(s) shall be forwarded. In case
the student-trainee(s) completes the full advances On-The-Job Training Program, to BVVSI for due
process or investigations to comply with the manual of Policies and procedures for students.
14. The Company is not obliged to hire the student-trainee, However, the company has the option to hire if
so desires.
