Possession letter

With reference to agreement between M/s Vansh Construction & Builders having its
office at 69/B, Kasturba Nagar, Near Midland Hotel, Chetak Bridge, Bhopal through its
Proprietor Shri Ajay Singh Rajput S/o Late Shri Amar Singh Rajput, aged adult,
(hereinafter referred to as the first party) and Mr. Gagan Richariya S/o Shri DN
Richariya, aged adult R/o H. No. 429, Rachna Nagar, Bhopal MP, (hereinafter referred
to as the second party). The first party is hereby agrees to give the possession of the Flat
No. 201 on Second Floor in Vansh Tower -3, Rajdhani Shikshak Grih Nirman
Society, Ratanpur Sadak, Hoshangabad Road Bhopal.

This possession letter is issued on ................................... subject to disbursement of final

amount of loan processed by second party from any financial institution / second party.
