CONTRACT AGREEMENT

This agreement is made on this 25th of November (Thursday) in the year 2021 between
Bhakra Beas Management Board through (Concerned
HOD)____________________________________________ (hereinafter called the first
party) & Sh. Karan Singh S/o Sh.Jagdish Chand R/o V.P.O Tikkar Khatrian, Tehsil-Tauni
Devi, District Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh Pin 177025, Contract appointee (hereinafter
called the second party).

Whereas BBMB, Chandigarh has recruited second party on contract basis vide
advertisement No. 02 of 2014 & on the recommendation of Centralized Staff Selection
Committee, BBMB, Chandigarh & had appointed Sh. Karan Singh (name of second party) as
Junior Engineer (Electrical) (name of post) on contractual basis as per the terms &
conditions mentioned in initial offer of appointment issued vide order No. 16183 Dated
30.12.2016.

Time Period of contract of Second Party is hereby renewed from 01.04.2021 to

31.03.2022. Other terms & conditions will remain same as mentioned in initial offer of
appointment issued to Second Party vide order No. 16183 Dated 30.12.2016. The second
party shall also abide by any other terms & conditions, instructions by First party from time
to time in respect of contractual appointment.
