Inpursuancc oI thc dccision of the Board in its 230th
meeting held on 19.11.201t3 undcr item no. 230.O6 (Minutcs conveyed
vide Secretary, BBMB le ttcr no. {3 195-82 1 1/ B -9 /23O / 1 M / Admn. dated
29.fl.20la), approval of Chairman, BBMB is hereby conveyed on the
Iollowing terms & conditions :-
i. The incentive equal to 20 days salary (i.e. Basic Pay + Grade Pay +
Intcrim Rclicf + Dearness Allowance) will be paid to all employccs
wheticr rcgular or contractual (exccpt employees outsourced
through PESCO) and work-charged employees on the rolls of BBMB
during thc financiil ycar 2Ol7-la. However, for thc employccs
getting salary in reviscd pay scalcs, the incentive \a,ill be calculated
on Basic P.r-i + Dear css Allouancc only.

The Inccnlivc shall bc given on Lhe basis of pay acimissible as crn

31st March,20l8.
The Incentive shall be payabie to all the entitled employees who have
{'orked in BBMB for atlcast 30 days during the linancial year
2017-ra.
The personnel who don't complcte the full year due to repatriation,
rctiremenl, death etc- shall be entitled 1., the incentive on pro rata
basis. Admissible Emoluments for this purpose would be as drawn
by the cmployee on such repatriation, retirement or death as the
case may be.

The employecs shali be entitlcd to incentive payments only for

actual period of attend,"nce. The period oi training shall aiso be
considered for the payment of incentive.

vll In case of Maternily lcalr'. llarned leavc, I{alf pay lcave, Mcdical
L'ave, EOL, CCL etc. {except casual leave), incentive shall be
calculated on pro-rata basis excluding the period of leave.
vlll Eajnings under incentive schcme shall not be counted for the
purposc oI Lcave Pay, Provident Fund, NPS, Bonus and other
