 Kuwait city court complex: (Ongoing project)

Cooling capacity: 16500 Tons with water cooled chillers & thermal storage capacity of
48,000 Ton-HR.
 Mazaya towers Kuwait
5star hotel tower and clinic tower
Cooling capacity: 4000 Tons with water cooled chillers

 New JAHRA Hospital Kuwait -1200 bedded hospital (design completed)

Cooling capacity: 18500 Tons with water cooled chillers

 Data collection and analysis

 Preparing concept design for HVAC system.
 Developing the design concepts of various HVAC systems (water cooled chillers with
thermal storage, air cooled chillers and DX systems) and perform analysis of the same.
 Identify the HVAC requirements like plant room, AHU room, shafts, ceiling space etc..
and coordination with architects and other services to achieve the HVAC requirements
  Performing& analysis of thermal load calculations using Carrier- HAP 4.9.
 Guide the HVAC drafting team for detailed design work including preparation of working
drawings
 Interfacing and working with clients in a professional manner to achieve project goals
 Performing MEW calculations, KFD smoke ventilation calculations.
 Achieving authority approvals from KFD, MEW.
 Preparing the Tender documents ,BOQ and cost estimation.
