SCOPE OF WORK FOR HVAC WORKS

 Supply and installation and commissioning of VRF condensing units on roof

including vibration isolators and necessary supports.
 Supply and installation of refrigerant piping for VRF condensing unit to indoor
unit with necessary supports and insulation including control cable.
 Supply, installation and commissioning of VRF wall mounted Indoor units
with necessary supports.

We shall not be held responsible for any type of delay due to:

 Any subsequent delay caused by the associate contractors like Civil/Electrical

Contractors etc.

 Non-accessibility to the site due to any reasons other than caused directly by
us.

 Force Majeure conditions

 Idling of workers if any due to reasons beyond our control.

 Stoppage of work due to delay / non-payment of our invoices.
