    The Central Board of Students at Central Luzon College of Science and Technology has a vision to empower students to gain knowledge and skills to become persisting leaders who contribute globally and practice the values of faith, respect, unity, involvement and excellence. Its mission is to create well-rounded students by providing a competitive academic experience combined with extracurricular activities to foster a friendly, balanced learning environment for future economic progress.     VISION
    To empower students to gain, to manifest, to express, and to value knowledge and
    skills that will support them as persisting leaders, to engage in and to donate to the global
    world and practice the core value of the Central Board of Students: Faith, Respect, Unity,
    Involvement, and Excellence.

    MISSION
    The Central Board of Students aims to create well-rounded students, providing a
    competitive academic experience with a touch of engaged extra-curricular activities for a
    friendly and balanced learning environment and for future economic progress.

    GOAL
    Adheres to the Mission and Vision, the Central Board of Students generate every
    student to be considerate and well-mannered, by enhancing their leadership, abilities on
    how they respect the value of other people and by motivating them to become a persevering
    individual
