How did you end up in the company you are

in--were you requested, did you come as a walk-in applicant, did you search job fairs, job
bulletins, etc?

 I started my career anyang nirefer naku nitang classmate ku keng company kung nokarin ku
magobra ngeni. Then apasar ke ing interview and exam then since that day na mehire ku
hangga ngeni keni ku parin magobra.

 What do you think are the qualities or the skills that you have in comparison with the other
applicants which won for you a slot in the firm?

 Na hire ako kase proficient na ako sa mga software na ginagagamit nila sa company like
Autocad and Sketchup. More on office kasi ing job offer.

 What does it take for an architectural firm in this locality to survive the challenges and outdo
both legitimate and illegitimate competitors?

 What common issues or problems are normally encountered by design professionals in

dealing with their clients? Do you think the public is well informed about the scope of the
practice of architecture?

 We always encounter a client na gusto nila is gusto nila na as an architect alam natin minsan
na yung ibang gusto nila ay hindi naman dapat. We need to deal to those client na may ugali
na ganon kase sila yung client naten we need to hear their concerns, if para saten mali man
yung mga gusto nila we need to approach them sabihin naten ano ba yung dapat ano ba
yung tama para magka intindihan.

 Are government codes or laws pertaining to the practice of architecture inclusive or inclined
to uphold the interest of the architect?

 What is your impression that most municipalities in the country have engineers as Building
Officials rather than architects?

 How do you personally assert the famous FB post: There is no free design?

 NO TO FREE DESIGN! 5 years to complete our studies, we used a lot of money to pay our
school needs, uncountable sleepless nights to complete a project then how could it be free?
Nothing is free everything has a cost. Dapat alam nating iexplain sa mga client natin na hindi free
yung design na inoofer natin sakanila.
