HERE’S WHAT
YOU NEED TO
KNOW!
WHERE DO I PICK UP COUPONS AND
CUPS BEFORE GIVING MY CAMPUS TOUR?

• Check with Erin or Amanda.

• All coupons and souvenir cups MUST remain in Erin or Amanda’s

possession prior to being distributed for each tour. If there are ever
any extras, please place them on Erin’s desk.
WHO WILL RECEIVE THESE COUPONS?

• The 20 % off Bookstore Coupon = 1 per student (so ONE per

family)

• The Souvenir Cup + Drink Coupon = 1 per student and each of

their guests (so ALL tour guests)
WHEN DO I GIVE THE COUPONS AND
CUPS TO THE TOUR GUESTS?
• Bookstore Coupon: Upon checking in for their tour, you will date stamp the
Bookstore coupon and give ONE to the student.

• Drink Coupon: You will ask the student how many guests are with them;
date stamp coupons for the student and all guests. Explain that they will
receive a souvenir cup later that can be used during their tour for one free
drink when they walk through the Mane Dish, our dining facility.

ALL COUPONS MUST BE DATE STAMPED AT THE FRONT DESK

WHEN THEY CHECK IN

• Souvenir Cup: As guests exit the tour room, you will provide each with a
cup that they can stack and place in their drawstring bag.
WHAT CAN THE STUDENT
BUY AT THE BOOKSTORE
WITH THEIR COUPON?

• This coupon can ONLY be used on a single apparel or gift item

• Items NOT included: grocery, health, beauty care, graduation

products, etc.
THERE IS A SPACE ON THE BOOKSTORE
COUPON FOR AN EMAIL ADDRESS. ARE THEY
REQUIRED TO ENTER THEIR EMAIL?

No, it is optional and NOT required for the student to write

their email address in the spaces provided.
CAN THE FREE DRINK COUPON AND
SOUVENIR CUP ONLY BE USED AT THE
MANE DISH?

YES. The coupon is to be used by tour guests to fill up ONE

drink at the Mane Dish ONLY during their tour when walking
through the dining facility.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE MANE DISH IS
CLOSED?

• On certain select dates, the Mane Dish may be closed when we

are giving tours.

• Only on these select days will guests be able to use their drink
coupon for one free drink at Chick-fil-A on the 1st floor. This
will be the only other participating location on days when the
Mane Dish is closed.
WHEN DO I COLLECT THE DRINK COUPONS
BACK FROM GUESTS SO THEY CAN FILL UP
THEIR SOUVENIR CUP AT THE MANE DISH?
• At the tour stop outside of the Mane Dish, after you talk about the
dining facility, meal plans, etc., you will ask everyone who would like
a free drink to take out their cup and their drink coupon.

• We will collect all drink coupons and leave them with the person at
the entrance of the Mane Dish. Each guest will need to give you or
the person at the front the drink coupon before filling up at one of
the drink stations.
