This report is based on the candidate`s response on OII (Occupational Interest Inventory) and
provides a detailed feedback on the results obtained by analysing the responses. The report is
divided into 3 sections and each section provides a specific kind of information about occupational
interest of the candidate.
1. Detailed profile:
First section presents a detailed occupational personality profile of the candidate on the 12 factors
measured by the OII. This section provides a detailed feedback on what are the primary
constituent`s of candidate's occupational interests which can be used as a reference point while
doing the career planning.
2. RIASEC Profile:
This section presents the candidate`s occupational interest profile in terms of RIASEC theory
developed by John Holland. This profile is derived from the detailed profile and aims at providing a
shorter and more focused picture of the candidate`s interest areas.
3. Most Suitable Careers:
This section gives a list of top 10 career clusters which are likely to be the most suitable for the
candidate. This list of 10 is selected by comparing the candidate`s profile with 640 different job
clusters.
A word of caution: Like most psychological instruments, the accuracy and utility of a report
depends significantly on the seriousness and honesty of the responses. Therefore, these results
should be considered as pointers rather than the final truth.
