STEP-2 DEFINING SUCCESS

Success in one individual’s life can be defined by having a proper positioning of the events
and situations in life. Most of the people find it difficult to understand success and end up
being unsuccessful and stressed by their job. Hence it is very essential to understand and gain
every possible knowledge and training of skillsets that will lead one to grow in a particular
field. One should not only prepare itself for cracking of the job interview or for salary
benefits but for overall well being in the future outlook. The 3 P’s for success are:-
 PASSION:- An individual must always follow his/her passion in pursuing a particular
field of career which interests oneself. One must have love and faith for the work and
job a person is into. Every individual’s passion is unique and different from the other.
Each person has a particular passion in specific field, hence identification of such
passion is mandatory for the person.
 PURPOSE:- After identification of a passion for the work/job the person must focus
on the purpose of his/her task. A combination of passion and purpose will lead a
person towards success and growth prospects. Most people do their task with passion
but without purpose of the job, hence once purpose is identified then the person may
be able to show innovation and creativity in the work.
 PRACTICALITY:- Practicality is also an essential aspect to be considered for gaining
success. A passion must be decided which is more realistic and can be achievable by
capable efforts. Having a practical approach will lead the individual to grow and
broader its future scope.
Hence combination of 3P’s will lead to success of a person. Every person will have
different levels of success. For a student success would be to qualify in the
exams/entrances for higher studies and gaining maximum marks, on the other hand
success for a businessman might be to grow its business across the world. Hence for
looking ahead for success, one must consider Passion, Purpose and Practicality
involved to achieve it.

STEP-3 TIME AND ENERGY MANAGEMENT

Time should be considered by the people as a source in order to achieve the success and
desired goals. A proper and good utilization of time will yield good success results for the
individuals. However one must not underestimate or overestimate the time provided to
him/her. A person must involve in their respective carriers and utilize the time available for
their work and self growth. For example if a person has a financial background and is present
in deciding the marketing policies for a company then the time utilized would not be proper
and accurate since the finance guy may not be able to provide desired policy for the product /
service.
Also the negativity around us is to be analysed and prevented in order to focus more on the
present situation and condition. One must possess positive attitude which will result in
generation of positive energy in oneself. Negative energy should be avoided by people,
friends and other threats in the environments. Motivation and self analysis are beneficial tools
for creating positivity in oneself and succeed.
The objectives and aims for a particular tasks should be clear and well analysed in order to
utilize time efficiently and by proper positioning of the time for success. Time wastage
should be avoided and every aspect of the negative energy should be kept aside during proper
time utilization.

STEP-4 SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS

Sensitivity analysis plays a vital role and impact on the person’s well being and growth. The
sensitivity analysis comprise of Theoritical analysis which makes the person understand the
availability and requirements of every aspect of facts and information before proceeding to
the tasks. The Practical analysis comprises of the accurate results and values of output which
is to be displayed in a significant manner which can be understandable by the person reading
and analysing. Personal sensitivity analysis the personal response on a certain action done by
others with you. It is essentially mandatory to have a personal sensitivity analysis in order to
protect one’s sensitive points to be explored which can be manipulated by others for various
reasons.Hence for attainment of success it is beneficial to aquire the sensitivity analysis and
proper knowledge and skillset for future growth. However if a person does not feel confident
enough to cope up with the difficulties and hardships arising during the process of job then
the person may self-introspect and learn from the past mistakes committed in order not to
repeat in the future.
STEP-5 OVERALL DEVELOPMENT
 In this Corporate skill development programme various skillset is being aquired by
me which I lacked in learning during my schooling and graduation time. It not only
guides about the basic skillset but also the hidden self qualities which were to be
analysed for better personality development.
 The programme deals with proper exposure to the real life situations and the qualities
to overpower them and become an independent individual capable of handling
situations.
 It also teaches us to have an artistic future vision involving the real meaning of
success and following our dreams with passion, purpose and practicality.
 Most importantly this programme teaches us ‘NEVER TO QUIT’ and have exposure
to success and failures, in order to learn from the mistakes and threats in the
environment.
