Ma’am;

First of all I would like to greet you Ma’am a Good Day. I am Melbert N. Abrigo,
fourth year student of the Davao Oriental State College Science and Technology. I am
currently enrolled at the course Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English. The
purpose of writing this letter is for your consent Ma’am, that as the principal, you give
me permission to conduct an interview in your school Francisco C. Hinayon Elementary
School. This is in partial fulfillment of my subject Eng 160: Language Curriculum for
Secondary Schools S.Y. 2019-2020 at DOSCST. The instructor of the said course is Dr.
Romeo Redulla.

My aim is only that I can conduct an interview to three teachers of this school
who teach Grade 4 to 6 students. The questions of my interview ma’am consist of
questions that reveal the strengths and weaknesses of the Grade 4 to 6 students to the
Language English. The answers to my questions will make me be guided to the content
of the Enhancement Language Curriculum that I will be developing.
