1. Visitor : Excuse me sir, can you stell me where is maternity Unit's room?

Nurse : Yes, I can. Just go straight ahead from here and then turn keft. If you find a toilet, the
maternity unit's room is beside the toilet.

Visitor : oh yeah okay. thank you.

2. Visitor : Good morning, Mrs.Lisa. I want to go to the canteen, but I dont where the canteen is?

Nurse : Oh, the canteen is in the first floor. If you get to the first floor, the canteen is on the
right side of the stairs.

Visitor : ok thank you Mrs.Lisa

3. Visitor : Hello mrs. can you show me another toilet her?

Nurse : Oh, walk down stairs and if you get the first floor, go straight and if you have already
passed the canteen, the toilet is between dispensary and radiology.

4. Visitor : Hello Mrs. Lisa, can you tell me pediatry ward's room?
 Nurse : Well, you must go up to second floor, then if you already in second floor and you find
the security's room, go straight and if you find the nurse station the pediatry wards room is in
front of the nurse station between the toilet.

Visitor : thank you very much.

5. Visitor : Excuse me, where is the lift?

Nurse : Oh ya, from this room, turn right and then go straight the lift is the end of this coridor.

Visitor : ok thank you very much.

6. Visitor : Excuse me, can you tell me where is play ground?

Nurse : You must walk down and the play ground is near from here.

Visitor : oh yeah thank you.

7. Visitor : Excuse me, where is ICU ?

Nurse : you must go to the second floor, and then if you find security's room, the ICU is on
the left side of security's room

Visitor : thank you.

8. Visitor : Excuse me, could you tell me the way to class 1?

Nurse : Well, you must go straight ahead, then turn left, if you find class 2, the class 1 is on the
right side of the class 2.

9. Visitor : Excuse me, can you direct me to laboratory ?

Nurse : Well, go along this until you find stairs and go down to first floor. in first floor you
must go straight ahead the turn left, the laboratory is after the lift.

10. Visitor : Excuse me, please tell me how I can get to admission from emergency room?
 Nurse : Well, you must turn right from here and walk down the coridor then turn left and you
find the admission's room.
