N: Morning, Ms Duggan. Are you ready for your exercise session today?

D: I’m a little tired this morning but I’ll try.

N: Good to hear that. We’re going to try some new exercise today to help you walk.

D: OK. The old exercise were a little too easy.

N: Well, that’s good news. Now, first, I’ll put the chair (1) in front of you. Hold it.

Good, Now lift (2) up your right knee – not too high. Yes just there.

Don’t lift it (3) into your waist.

D: Can I put it (4) to the down? It hurts.

N: Yes, that’s OK. Put your leg (5) down That’s good. Now repeat that five times. Let’s count
together. One two, three; that’s very good. Well done! How do you feel?

D: Not so bad. It’s tough at fisrt, especially the left leg, but I can feel I’m getting stronger.

1. The security to maternity unit.

From security turn left, after arriving at T-turn then turn right. The maternity unit is on
the left side of the road.
2. The nurse station in ICU to the canteen

From the nurse station go straight and turn left behind the security room, the ICU room is
opposite the security room then turn lrft and go down the stairs to the 1st floor then go
straight to the canteen, the canteen is located opposite NS I II

3. The security to the toilet (between dispensary and radiology)

From security turn right then enter through the entrance then go straight then turn right

4. The emergency room to the lift

From emergency room turn right and go straight

5. The polyclinic to the pediatric ward ( on the 2nd floor)

From the polyclinic then turn right then up the stairs, after reaching the 2nd floor, then turn
right then turn left

6. The waiting room to the children playground (on the 2nd floor)

From the waiting room turn left then turn left right until the front of the children
playground

7. The operation room to ICU (opposite the physiotherapy unit)

From the operation room then turn right then turn left then up the stairs, after reaching
the 2nd floor then turn left.

8. The entrance to the class 1

From the entrance go straight to the front of the lift then turn left and then turn slightly to
the left, between class II and the nurse station there is class I

9. The nurse station (near the little on 2nd floor) to the laboratory

From the nurse station then turn right then turn left than go down the stairs to the 1st floor,
then go straight then turn right

10. The emergency room to admission

From the emergency room turn right then turn left, the admission room is right on the left
of the road in front of the operation room.
