BENEFITS OF PLAYING SPORTS AND DANCING

Is playing sports and dancing can really bring so much benefit for
everyone? Did you know that jumping, running, and walking have a
positive impact in our health and physical body? Nowadays a lot of kids
growing up with a weak body or a health because they grew up don’t
know how to play sports, how to dance, and how to exercise properly.
Playing any kind of sports and dancing a simple dance steps can help us
to be physically fit and help us to have a strong body. Doing those
things has a positive impact for everyone’s health. Playing sports and
dancing sometimes can bring you benefits like, it can help your bones
to become stronger, help you to burn some fats and calories, help you
to have a healthy heart, it can also help you to boosts self-esteem, help
you to develop discipline to others, help you to learn to have a
teamwork, and especially improved your blood circulation. Those are
the some benefits you can get when you play sports and when you
dance. There a lot of other benefits you can get but those are the main
or common benefits you can get from it. Playing sports and dancing are
the most favorite activities for many people around the world and one
of those activities is my favorite and that is sports. Set a time for
exercise even if it is not always but do it sometimes because it can help
you and bring good benefits in your body and in yourself.
