Dancing is a great way to get exercise and stay in shape. It is more fun than
simply going to an exercise class. It provides a more sociable way to get
active, especially if you are doing couples dancing. Many dance schools and
community organizations offer dancing lessons, A class could be a fun way to
improve your overall health. Here are some of the many benefits associated
with dancing.

an hour of dance.
