SCE Matrix Instructions

1 This matrix is designed to assist in determining the total number of SCE Scheduled Maintenance Items for
a particular site on a monthly basis.

2 This tool is designed to be used at any WFS Canada Network Location, so there may be some SCEs or
pieces of equipment listed that are not applicable. These items can be ignored and left blank.

3 Boxes that are highlighted yellow in the attached matrix are intended to have information entered. Any
boxed not highlighted yellow are protected and read-only.

4 For each applicable piece of equipment, insert the total number of applicable SCEs.

5 For the "Truck Overfill Protection" test frequency, the check is based on the number of loadings
performed and is not a standard number per day. In order to complete this category, enter the average
number of refueller loadings you perform in an average month.

6 If there are any SCEs that are not listed on the matrix, they can be added in one of the bottom three rows

7 For any SCEs that are added, insert the number of daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly checks for that SCE

8 Once the total number of SCEs have been entered for all applicable pieces of equipment, the total
Scheduled Maintenance Actions will be indicated in the Green boxes. There are 4 different numbers
provided.

a. Total Number of SCE Scheduled Maintenance Checks in a 28-Day Month

b. Total Number of SCE Scheduled Maintenance Checks in a 29-Day Month
c. Total Number of SCE Scheduled Maintenance Checks in a 30-Day Month
d. Total Number of SCE Scheduled Maintenance Checks in a 31-Day Month
