The Full Moon, midway through the lunar cycle, is a time of heightened
emotions, climaxes and conclusions, and receiving answers to questions. It's an
important time for letting go, practicing forgiveness, expressing gratitude, and
releasing negativity.

Ho'oponopono Prayer for Forgiveness:

I'm sorry for...

Forgive me for...
Thank you for...
I love you for...

Use the journal prompts on the next page to forgive, practice gratitude, and
release negativity. Additional rituals and ceremonies are described on the last
page. You don't have to complete all of the rituals—only those (if any) that
resonate with you on a particular Full Moon.

Full Moon Rituals
FIRE RITUAL
Fire ceremonies can be performed during any Full Moon, but are especially
powerful when the Full Moon is in a fire sign (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius).

1. Light a candle or place a fireproof dish on a level surface in a safe location.

2. Perform the forgiveness ceremony using the journal prompts on the previous
page.
3. Burn the completed list, visualizing yourself "letting go" as the page burns.
4. Declare what you would like to manifest in its place. You can say affirmations,
recite mantras, or speak to God / Source / Universe / The DIvine, etc.

VIZUALIZATION
You can perform this simple forgiveness ceremony at any Full Moon.

1. Take three deep breaths.

2. Think of anyone who's upset you. List their name(s) and what they did on the
previous page.
3. Close your eyes and visualize each person inside a pink bubble (the color of
love). Create a good feeling between the two of you.
4. Say silently or out loud, "I forgive you," and let them float off in their bubble.

RELEASING ANGER

1. Think about who you need to forgive.

2. Write down what happened and why you were upset.
3. Once you've finished writing, burn the paper.
