2. Mangalore tile 16x10 and NUVOCOTTO ceiling 12x8
3. Epoxy Primer 1 Coat & Paint 2 Coats
4. Tiles Laying & Fitting
5. All Side Multiwood Design Beading, Mop - Inclusive
6. Includes All Labour Cost
7. If required: Gutter system will be charged extra as per measurement in running feet
For All Fabrication Work We Use Following Materials:-
1. Main Rafter 4x2 or 3x1.5, 2 mm Thickness - Galvanised Square pipe
2. Purling 2x1 or 1x1, 2 mm Thickness, Galvanised Square pipe.
3. Rafter to Rafter 1 meter.

AFTER SITE INSPECTION, AND IF MEASUREMENT IS ABOVE 2000 SQFT:

1. Without Ceiling tile [MS Steel, 5 & 6 All Inclusive] - 390/- Per sqft.
2. With Ceiling Tile [MS Steel, 5 & 6 All Inclusive] - 425/- Per sqft.
3. Galvanised MS Steel structure, [5 & 6 All Inclusive] - 500/- per sqft

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Power Supply for Machinery must be provided by Party
2. Payment: 75% Advance, 25% After completion of work.
3. Measurement as per actual slope roof.
4. Vehicle / Truck must go to the work site otherwise shifting cost must be barred by party
5. If there is power problem Either Party must arrange generator or party must pay for the same.
6. If scaffolding is required must be provided by party
7. Transportation, Allowance Including in Chennai. Other district: Extra
8. Tiles will be dispatched only after fabrication work is completed and the proper measurement is
Taken at the site.
9. If required, cement and sand should be supplied by party.
