CEO/President since September 6, 1979;

2. That attached herewith is a copy of my Certificate of Employment ;

3. That I hereby attest to the authenticity and genuineness of the document

and I hereby agree to be liable and answerable to perjury and /or
falsification of public document in the event that the document are found
not in order; and

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the
above foregoing facts and for all other legal and purposes it may serve.
