Recognition Day is the culmination of all hard work and a year of study.

It is the
day when us, students can say, “I’ve done it”. It is a milestone in our life. It is also
a day when we gather and celebrate success. It is the most important date in our
academic calendar as it is the time when our faculty and staff can gather with us,
students to celebrate our academic achievement. Remember that each
recognition day is not the end but a new beginning to a new horizon of our career.

BACCALAUREATE SERVICE

The significance that graduation holds in any student’s life cannot be described in words. It shows
the success that a student achieves after years of hard work and devotion to his studies. It also
depicts the amount of desire and determination that are shown by a student to finally be able
to achieve his aim.

Parents, guests, administrators, faculty, friends, ladies and gentlemen, behold the entry of
colors. Let’s all welcome the entrance of the candidates for graduation.

To give thanks to the Lord for all the blessings that He provided us and the candidates for
graduation and for recognition, let’s offer this hour for the baccalaureate service.

To start, may we have Zhajara Sampang fo the Invocational Song. For the O.P, it will be led by
Tchr. Jen Capati.

At this point candidate for graduation will be singing the MCA Hymn.

Let us remain standing for the Scripture Reading that will be lead by Eunice Vera, from grade 12.
We may now be seated.

To welcome us all in this event,may we have our school admin. Mrs. Mercy Abainza.

At this juncture, selected students from Gr. 12, will render a song of praise to our God.

Now for the next part of this program, let’s have the Gown & hooding ceremony.

Hooding ceremony supplements the significance of graduationceremony. The colorful hood

denotes scholarly achievements. It symbolizes a heavy burden where bigger challenges await the
graduates. It identifies the level of the degree, the field of learning, and the institution which awards
it.

At this point parents will be the one to place the gown and hood to your child here on stage, for we
know that behind the success of these candidates are you parents.

You will be guided by our dear teachers.

After hooding, as your skills and knowledge grows, so too your awareness of limitations and errors.
Strive hard to recognize and understand your weaknesses, and promise never to putan end to
your studies and learning that might improve yourself everyday of your practice in all the years to
come.
That concludes this morning’s hooding ceremony. Thank you everyone for taking part in this
significant event.
