Archiving. The said dig担zation w皿comply with the Data Privacy Act henee′
Submission of digi也zed records to the OCM is suPject for approval by瓜e Commission.

As such, may I request directives from your end that au persomel invoIved to be
cooperative for血e physical inventory and digitization activity. Please refer to the
